We ask that our guests please treat our home as yours. We kindly ask you to abide by these rules and guidelines. Thank you!

☀ Our home accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please no extra guests. An additional charge of $50.00 per person per night will incur for any additional guests. Infants (children under 2 years old) don’t count to the maximum guest capacity.
☀ No loud music or voices will be tolerated. Please be respectful of quiet hours after 9 PM.
☀ Please do not bring inside furniture outside or move furniture around.
☀ Lost items: Please double-check that you have all your items. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.
☀ No smoking or vaping allowed in the home ($250 fee for odor removal, duct and furniture cleaning.)

☀ AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels & trash can liners. Consider bringing additional items appropriate for your stay duration. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the closets. We have a water filtration system, but Berkey water filters are provided for extra purity of the drinking water.

The house has good internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! Relax in the cozy living room while watching the 4k Smart TV using ROKU.
☀ BEDROOMS:
With comfortable blankets and beautiful quilts

A sleeper sofa is available for a total guest capacity of 8. There are two porches: a big covered front porch and one off the upstairs bedroom that looks out over the vast forested beauty of the national park.


☀ KITCHEN:
There is a porch off the kitchen that invites you to come out for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you look out over the vast, natural beauty of the national park.
Fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. A coffee cart is provided along with Keurig pods and creamer.

☀ SECURITY:
One security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property

☀LOCATION:
You are likely to see deer, squirrels, and turkey wandering the forest around the cabin. This is a quiet and peaceful location. But, in only 15 minutes, you can drive down our 2 1/2 mile gravel road to be in the city of Beckley. There you’ll find lovely local dining options, unique shopping, and all the conveniences of a big city with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc.
